Shine Bokbunja Vinegar


Bokbunja is a wild black raspberry that is native to Korea and known for its kidney and liver protective functions. Shine Bokbunja Vineger undergoes a 2-stages fermentation which intensifies flavour and aroma, enhances vinegar activity and increases polysaccharide contents in the vinegar.

Consume directly or dilute (1:3 ratio) with cold or warm water to suit your taste.

Recommended consumption is 4 teaspoons (20mL) once a day before meal.

Appearance of residues is normal and safe for consumption.

Contains naturally occurring alcohol (0.14%).

Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
